Martial Fitness Solutions is a mobile based personal training business, which incorporates self defense instruction with fitness. The benefits of using our services are not only can we help you lose weight, but we can also help you build strength, tone up and empower you with the confidence not only in yourself but in the ability to defend yourself should the situation arise.
 
Our sessions are held at a convenient location to the client be it their home, backyard, their local park, and even the beach! As for the training we do several types.
 
We offer the following services:
 
Lethal Weapon Program: An exclusive personal one-on-one program, tailored for the person who may not be confident enough to train in a big group, or needs more motivation.
 
Double Dragon Program: A program designed for those wanting to train with their spouse, relative, sibling or friend. This program is ideal as it has the benefits of a one-on-one program but comes as a more affordable option for those wanting to train in a private environment but need a bit of support through the aid of their training partner. 
 
Morning Martial Mayhem: A group training program for those who want to interact with others in a group situation, socialise and make new friends and also this program is our most affordable program, ideal for those who are on a tight budget, but still desire to train.
 
After School Tuition: Martial Fitness Solutions is committed to helping the youth of today by offering instruction after school hours. Ideal for working parents! Confidence Building is a major part of this program, where not only your child will learn how to project confidence and assertion but will also learn how to defend themselves and more importantly how to negotiate their way out of a possible confrontation.
 
 
Our Mission is to mix personal training with effective self defense. We feel there is a need for the general public to have a grasp of self defense, but also to incorporate regular training in one's routine as well as maintaining healthy eating habits.
